Me: I’m concerned about the timeline. We need to hire adjunct faculty for the spring, and I have a vacant admin position that I’d like to get posted.
Them: We have to get the WorkDay hiring process implemented first. We can’t hire anyone until we get the process in place — that’s why we have a blackout period on hiring.
Me: Who is working on it? Is there a workaround for urgent positions?
Them: No. Actually, we’re hiring someone who is familiar with hiring in WorkDay.
